Restore, Crop, or Copy Multiple Photos
You can copy photos onto 4 × 6-inch, 5 × 7-inch, or letter-size Epson special paper (various types available) for instant photo reprints. You can restore the colors in faded photos, convert color photos to black-and-white, and crop your photos.
1.
Press the  On button to turn on the Artisan 700 Series.

Load Epson 4 × 6-inch or 5 × 7-inch photo paper in the photo tray. Load larger sheets of Epson Photo Paper (various types available) in the main tray. Always load paper with the printable side face-down.
Note:
Load only the recommended number of sheets.

Press the Home button until Copy is selected.

Press Menu, then press  or  to select Copy/Restore Photos.

To turn on Color Restoration to restore colors in faded photos as you copy, press  or  to select On. (If your photo is not faded, do not turn on Color Restoration.)

Place your original photos on the scanner glass.
Note:
If the edges of your photo are cut off, move the photo 1/4 inch (5 mm) away from the corner of the scanner glass. If you are copying two 4 × 6-inch photos, place them as shown below and at least 1/4 inch (5 mm) apart.

When you see this screen, press OK to start scanning your photos:

To print more than 1 copy, press + or to select the number (up to 99).

To change any of the print settings displayed on the screen, press Menu. Then press or to select Paper and Copy Settings, and press OK.
Paper and Copy Settings
Press  to change any of the settings on the screen.
To change the paper size, press  or  to select Paper Size. Press , then press  or  to select the size of paper you loaded. Press OK.
Note:
Paper Size options depend on the Paper Type setting you choose.
To change the paper type, press  or  to select Paper Type. Press , then press  or  to select the type of paper you loaded. Press OK.
To change the print layout, press  or  to select Borderless. Press , then press  or  to change the setting, if necessary.
Select On to expand the image all the way to the edge of the paper (slight cropping may occur) or Off to leave a small margin around the image. Press OK.
To adjust the amount of image expansion when printing borderless photos, press  or  to select Expansion. Press , then press  or  to select Standard, Medium, or Minimum. Press OK.
Note:
You may see white borders on your printed photo if you use the Minimum setting.
To automatically adjust the brightness, contrast, and saturation, press  or  to select Fix Photo. Press , then press  or  to select Fix Photo On. Press OK.
If you want to create a black-and-white copy of a color photo, press  or  to select Filter, press , then press  or  to choose B&W. Press OK.

Press  Start to begin copying.
To cancel copying, press  Stop/Clear Settings.
