Select Page Options

Open the Page Setup window to select your page options.

1.	Open the File menu and select Page Setup.

2.	Select Artisan 700 as the Format for setting.

3.	Select the Paper Size setting for the paper you loaded.

If you want to print a borderless photo, select the paper size with a Borderless option.

Note:
For borderless photos, make sure you loaded a compatible borderless paper size and type.

Paper size settings

You can load paper in these sizes and select the size in the printer software. A Custom option is also available so you can create a custom size (in OS X 10.3.9, select Custom Paper Size from the Settings pop-up menu).

A4 (8.3 × 11.7 inches)

Letter (8.5 × 11 inches), including Borderless

Legal (8.5 × 14 inches)

4 × 6 inches, including Borderless

5 × 7 inches, including Borderless

8 × 10 inches, including Borderless

3.5 × 5 inches

16:9 Wide (4 × 7.11 inches)

Envelope #10 (4 1/8 × 9 1/2 inches)

A6 (4.1 × 5.8 inches)

Half Letter (5 1/2 × 8 1/2 inches)

 

4.	Choose a portrait or landscape Orientation option for your document or photo. (Choose landscape left for envelopes.)

5.	To reduce or enlarge the size of your printed document or photo, select a different Scale percentage.

6.	Click OK to close the Page Setup window.

Now you can select your print settings and print.
