Print Fax Reports

You can have the Artisan 810 Series automatically print a fax report for the last transmitted fax. Use the Last Transmission Report setting in the Scan & Print Setup menu to select the desired option.

You can also manually print several other types of reports:

1.	Press the Home button, then select Fax. You see this screen:

2.	Press Menu, then press  or  and select Fax Report.

3.	Select one of the options listed below.

Setting	Description
Fax Log	Prints a report of recent fax transmissions.
Last Transmission	Prints a report of your last fax transmission.
Speed Dial List	Prints a list of your speed dial entries.
Group Dial List	Prints a list of your group dial entries
Reprint Faxes	Reprints your most recent incoming fax.
Protocol Trace	Prints a protocol trace of your last fax transmission. This report includes the time and date, phone number, and status of the transmission.

4.	Make sure letter/A4-size paper is loaded in the Artisan 810 Series, then press  Start to begin printing the report.
