You can print a nozzle check pattern to check for clogged nozzles using the Epson Stylus NX100 Series control panel or your software.
1. Load a few sheets of plain paper in the sheet feeder.
2. Turn off the Epson Stylus NX100 Series.
3. Hold down the Stop button as you press the On button to turn the Epson Stylus NX100 Series back on. Hold down both buttons until the On light begins to flash, then release the buttons.

Right-click the printer icon in the bottom right corner of your screen (the taskbar) and select Nozzle Check.Macintosh:
Open the Applications folder, open EPSON Printer Utility3, select your printer (if necessary), and click OK. Then select Nozzle Check.
3. Click Print.
5. If there are no gaps, click Finish.
