Check LCD Screen Messages
Follow the instructions on the LCD screen to solve most common problems. If you see one of the error messages below, follow the steps here to proceed.
Printer error. Turn power off and then on again. For details, see your documentation or visit Epson.com.
Turn the product off, make sure no paper is jammed inside, and turn it back on. If the error is not resolved, contact Epson for help.
Scanner error. Turn power off and then on again. If the error is not fixed, visit Epson.com for technical support.
The printer’s ink pads are nearing the end of their service life. Please contact Epson Support.
Contact Epson to replace ink pads before the end of their service life. When the ink pads are saturated, the product stops and you need to replace the pads to continue printing.

Make sure the memory card has been inserted correctly. If it in inserted correctly, check to see if there is a problem with the card and try again.
Cannot recognize photos. Make sure photos are placed correctly. See your documentation or Epson.com.
Communication error. Make sure the computer is connected, then try again.
Make sure the computer is connected securely. Make sure scanning software is installed on your computer and the software settings are correct. Turn the Epson Stylus NX620/625 Series off and then back on. If the error is not resolved, contact Epson for help.
