Paper Does Not Feed Correctly
Load only one sheet of compatible paper using the single sheet guide. Make sure you installed the guide correctly and guided the paper all the way into the printer.
Load only up to the recommended number of sheets. If you’re printing on both sides of the paper, try loading fewer sheets.
Paper Dust Has Built Up On The Paper Rollers
Use Epson Ink Jet Printer Cleaning Sheets (part number S041150) to clean the rollers. Remove the instruction sheet attached to the Epson Ink Jet Printer Cleaning Sheets and do not follow the steps on it; they are not correct for your printer.
Caution:
Do not use the cleaning sheets that come with certain Epson special papers; they may jam inside your printer.

Sheet Feeder or Manual Feed Slot: Press the  paper button to eject any jammed sheets, then open the printer cover and remove any paper jammed inside. Press the  paper button again to clear the error.
Roll Paper Slot: Cut off any printed roll paper or canvas media, then remove and reload the paper.
Paper Does Not Eject or Ejects Wrinkled
If the paper loaded from the sheet feeder or single sheet guide doesn’t eject fully, you may have set the wrong paper size. Press the  paper button, then open the printer cover and remove the paper. Select the correct paper size when you reprint.
