Run a nozzle check. If the test page prints, make sure your software is installed correctly.

The R3000 Series is performing routine maintenance.
No Printer Icon Appears in Windows Taskbar
Try restarting your computer. If you still don’t see the  icon, follow these steps:

Windows 7:
Click and select Devices and Printers.
Windows Vista:
Click , select Control Panel, and click Printer under Hardware and Sound.
Windows XP:
Click Start, select Control Panel, then select Printers and Faxes (or Printers and Other Hardware and then Printers and Faxes).

Click the Maintenance tab.

Click the Speed & Progress button, then click the Monitoring Preferences button.

Click the Shortcut Icon box. Then click OK to close the open windows.
Slow Printing
Make sure your system meets the requirements. If you’re printing a high-resolution image, you need more than the minimum requirements listed. You may also need to:
If you installed the product as a wireless printer, your wireless router and/or laptop must conform to the 802.11n standard. Earlier standards (802.11a/b/g) are not supported.
Try moving the product and your wireless router or access point closer together. Also avoid placing your product next to large metal objects (such as a filing cabinet), microwave ovens, or 2.4 GHz cordless phones.
Cannot Print Over a Network
