Diagnosing Problems

Your Epson Stylus Photo R340 includes a number of ways to help you diagnose problems:

•	To identify the most common problems, check for messages on the control panel display and follow the instructions provided. Some of the most common messages are explained in the next section. See Control Panel Messages.

•	If you’re not sure whether the problem is coming from your printer or the computer, run a printer check as described in Running a Printer Check.

•	Check the solutions in other sections in this chapter. If none of the suggested solutions solve your problem, contact Epson as described in Where To Get Help.
