Fax a Document or Photo

Your WorkForce 500 Series lets you send faxes by:

•	Entering fax numbers

•	Selecting entries from a speed dial/group dial list

•	Dialing fax numbers from a connected telephone

You can customize the fax header information, get a printed fax report, and select various send/receive settings. You can also set up your WorkForce 500 Series to automatically receive faxes or set it to ask for confirmation before receiving a fax.

Before sending a fax, you must create a fax header and select report printing and send/receive settings

If you want to connect a telephone or answering machine to the same phone line as the WorkForce 500 Series, be sure to connect them first.
