Check Ink Status From the LCD Screen

You can check the ink cartridge status using the LCD screen on your product.

Note:
If an ink cartridge is expended, check the status of the other cartridges using your Windows or Macintosh software.

You can check the ink cartridge status anytime using the WorkForce 520 Series LCD screen.

1.	Press the  Menu button.

2.	Press  or  to select Maintenance, then press OK.

3.	Select Ink Levels, then press OK.

4.	The ink cartridge status is displayed. Check the ink levels and replace a cartridge, if necessary.

5.	Press  Menu to exit.

You can also check the ink cartridge status using your Windows or Macintosh software. If one of the screens shown indicate that a cartridge is expended, replace the cartridge.
