You can create a speed dial list of up to 60 fax numbers so you can quickly select them for faxing. You can also print the list for easy reference.

Create a Speed Dial Entry

1.	Press the Home button.

2.	Press or to select Setup.

Press OK.

4.	Press or to select Fax Setting, then press OK. You see this screen:

5.	Press or to select Speed Dial Setup, then press OK.

6.	Press or to select Create, then press OK. You see the available entries:

7.	Select or type the number of the entry you want to add, then press OK. You can have up to 60 entries.

8.	Use the numeric keypad to enter the phone number (up to 64 digits), then press OK.

9.	Use the numeric keypad to enter a name (up to 30 characters) to identify the speed dial entry, then press OK. You return to the Speed Dial Setup menu.

10.	If you want to add another speed dial entry, select Create and repeat the steps above.

Edit a Speed Dial Entry

1.	Press or to select Edit from the Speed Dial Setup menu, then press OK. You see your list of speed dial entries:

2.	Select or type the number of the entry you want to edit, then press OK.

3.	Use the numeric keypad to edit the phone number, then press OK.

4.	Use the numeric keypad to edit the name for the speed dial entry, then press OK.

Delete a Speed Dial Entry

1.	Press or to select Delete from the Speed Dial Setup menu, then press OK. You see your list of speed dial entries:

2.	Select or type the number of the entry you want to delete, then press OK.

3.	At the confirmation screen, press or to select Yes, then press OK to delete the entry or select No and press OK to cancel.

Print Your Speed Dial List

1.	Press the Home button until Fax is selected.

Press OK.

3.	Press Menu, then press or to select Fax Report.

4.	Press OK. You see this screen:

5.	Press or to select Speed Dial List and press OK.

6.	Make sure letter-size paper is loaded in the WorkForce 600 Series, then press Start to begin printing the list.
