Copy Documents
You can copy documents onto letter- or A4-size plain paper or Epson special paper just like you would on a copy machine. If you use the Automatic Document Feeder, you can load up to 30 letter- or 10 legal-size sheets of plain paper at a time for copying on plain paper.

Load letter-, A4-, or legal-size plain paper, Epson Bright White Paper, or Epson Presentation Paper Matte.
Note:
Load only the recommended number of sheets.

Press the Home button until Copy is selected.

To print more than 1 copy, press + or to select the number (up to 99).

Press or to select Color or B&W copies.

To change any of the settings displayed on the screen, press Menu. Then press OK to select Paper and Copy Settings.
Note:
To clear previously used copy settings, press Clear Settings.
Paper and Copy Settings
Press to change any of the settings on the screen.
To change the layout, press or to select Layout. Press , then press or to change the layout, if necessary.
Select With Border to leave a small margin around the image, select Borderless to expand the image all the way to the edge of the paper (slight cropping may occur), or select 2-up Copy to copy 2 images on a sheet of paper.
To adjust the copy size, press or to select Reduce/Enlarge. Press , then press or to change the setting if necessary.
Choose Actual (to select a percentage using + or ), Auto Fit Page (to automatically size the image to fit your paper), or any of the specific sizing options offered.
Note:
You can only select Actual (100%) or Legal -> Letter when using the ADF to copy documents.
To change the paper size, press or to select Paper Size. Press , then press or to choose the size of paper you loaded.
Note:
Paper Size options depend on the Paper Type setting you choose.
To change the paper type, press or to select Paper Type. Press , then press or to choose Plain Paper for copying documents.
Note:
You can’t change the Paper Type setting if you’re using the ADF to copy documents.
You can also select the Document Type and Quality.

Press Start to begin copying.
To cancel copying, press Stop/Clear Settings.
