You may need
to replace the platen, depending on the size of the T-shirt.
Note: There are
six platen sizes: extra small, small, medium, medium-grooved,
large, and sleeve. The medium size platen (standard) is supplied
with the printer.
If the
platen is not in the forward position, press the moveable base button to move the
platen forward.
Hold the
left and right sides of the platen and lift it up.
Align
the replacement platen to fit into the holes in the moveable base
and place the platen on the printer.
For best
results, make sure that you have aligned the print head for the
platen in use.
