Paper Jam Problems

If you have problems with paper jams, try these solutions:

1. Cancel the print job from your computer, if necessary.
2. Open the printer cover and remove the jammed paper and any torn pieces.
   
   
   
   Note: Do not touch the flat white cable and ink tubes inside the product.
3. Close the printer cover. Carefully remove any jammed paper from the rear paper feed.
   
   
   
4. Carefully remove any jammed paper from the output tray.
   
   
   
5. Carefully follow all paper loading instructions when you load new paper.
6. Press the  paper button to resume printing.
   Note: If both the  power light and  paper light are flashing, turn the printer off and back on.
