Editing or Deleting a Contact Group

You can edit an existing contact group to add or delete entries. You can also delete the entire contact group.
  1. Press the  home button, if necessary.
  2. Select Fax. You see a screen like this:


  3. Select Contacts. Enter the administrator password, if necessary. You see a screen like this:


  4. Select the icon for the group you want to edit or delete. You see a screen like this:


  5. Do one of the following:
    • To delete the entire group, select Delete.
    • To edit the group, select Edit, select Proceed, then select the number next to the contact you want to add or delete. When you finish, select Save.
