Paper Jam Problems - Thick Media

If posterboard or other thick media has jammed inside the product, try these solutions:

  1. Cancel the print job from your computer, if necessary.
  2. Carefully remove the jammed paper from the front or back as shown (whichever is easier).


  3. Open the printer cover and slowly pull any jammed paper out of the product.


  4. Close the printer cover and select Resume.
  5. If an error is still displayed, turn off the product, then turn it back on.
  6. If you are unable to remove the paper, contact Epson for support.
