Adjusting the Spacer

You can adjust the spacer to three different positions (A, B, or C) to reduce vertical creases in your printed media. You should first use the spacer in position A, and then adjust the spacer to position B or C if the vertical creases are not eliminated on the previous settings.
  1. Remove the spacer from its storage location.
  2. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the two screws on the spacer.

  3. Slide the spacer to move the screws from adjustment position A to position B or C as necessary.

  4. Tighten the two screws using the screwdriver.
