Projector Light Status

The lights on the projector indicate the projector status and let you know when a problem occurs. Check the status and color of the lights and look for a solution in the table here.

Off	Flashing blue	Off	Orange	Off	Projector is too hot (overheating) and projection stops. Leave it for about five minutes to cool down. Make sure that the vents and air filter are not clogged with dust or obstructed by nearby objects. Clean or replace the air filter. Make sure the environmental temperature is not too hot. If operating the projector at high altitude, turn on High Altitude Mode. If the problem persists, unplug the projector and contact Epson for help.
Off	Flashing blue	Orange	Off	Off	Laser has a problem. Make sure that the vents and air filter are not clogged with dust or obstructed by nearby objects. Clean or replace the air filter. If the problem persists, unplug the projector and contact Epson for help.
