The heart
rate chest strap attaches to your chest and communicates with your
device using Bluetooth. For best results, slightly dampen the
electrodes shown here before attaching it.
Caution:
You cannot use the optional heart rate chest
strap underwater; it is not water resistant and will be damaged if
used in water.
