Installing the Food Freshness Label App

Before installing the app, connect your printer to your network and have the printer's IP address handy. Make sure the device you are using is connected to the same network as the printer and that the installation file is on the device.
Note: The printer prints its IP address once it has successfully connected to a network.
  1. Open the web browser on your device.
  2. Type in the printer's IP address followed by /webconfig in the address field. For example, if the printer's IP address is 192.168.1.129, type 192.168.1.129/webconfig in the address field.
  3. Enter epson for both the user name and password when prompted. You see a printer configuration page like this:


  4. In the sidebar, under Web Contents, select Update Settings. You see the following screen:


  5. Under Web Contents Manual Update, select Choose File or Browse to browse for and select the installation file.
  6. Select Upload.
  7. When the upload is complete, select Back. Installation is complete.


  8. To start the Food Freshness Label app, enter the printer's IP address in the browser's address field. You see a home screen like this:
