If you have problems with paper jams, try these solutions:
Warning: Do
not touch the buttons on the control panel while reaching into the
product, or it could cause an injury.
- Open the printer cover.
- Gently remove any jammed paper from inside the
product.
Caution:
- Close the printer cover.
- Remove the rear cover.
- Remove any jammed paper from the rear of the product.
- Remove any paper from the rear cover.
- Replace the rear cover.
- Carefully follow all paper loading instructions when you load new paper.
