Paper Jam Problems in the Front of the Product

If you see a message that paper has jammed in the front of the product, follow the steps here.

  1. Cancel the print job, if necessary.
  2. Open the front cover.


  3. Lower the output selector.


  4. Remove any jammed paper from the front of the product.


  5. Raise the output selector.
  6. Close the front cover until it clicks into place.
  7. Follow the prompts on the LCD screen to clear any error messages. If you still see a paper jam message, check the other paper jam solutions.
