Paper Jam Problems Inside the Product

If paper has jammed inside the product, follow the steps here.
Warning: Never touch the buttons on the control panel while your hand is inside the product. If the product starts operating, it may cause an injury. Do not touch any protruding parts inside the product.
  1. Cancel the print job, if necessary.
  2. Lift the printer cover.


  3. Remove any jammed paper from inside the product.


    Caution:
    Do not touch the flat white cable or translucent film inside the product.


  4. Close the printer cover until it clicks into place.
