Paper Jam Problems Inside the Product

If paper has jammed inside the product, remove it as described here.

1. Open the inner cover.
   
   
   
2. Remove the jammed paper.
   
   
   
   Caution:
   Do not touch the flat white cable or translucent part inside the product.
   
   
   
3. Close the inner cover.
