You
need to remove the projector's built-in streaming device if it
needs to be sent back to Epson for repairs.
Note: The
streaming device may be reset and you may need to re-enter your
account information for each streaming app.
Caution:
The streaming device is dedicated for use
with this projector. If you connect a different device, it may not
work correctly.
- Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord.
- Remove the rear cover of the projector.
- Use a flat-tipped
screwdriver to remove the streaming device cover as shown.
Caution:Do not use a sharp or pointy object to open the cover; you may damage the cover or the streaming device.
- Disconnect the streaming device from the USB power cable and HDMI cable.
- Replace the streaming device cover and the rear cover.
