with carbon paper backing
- Originals
that are bound
- Originals with labels, stickers, or sticky
notes
- Ripped,
curled, folded, deteriorated, or wrinkled originals
- Originals
with holes
- Transparencies
- Originals that are cut in an irregular shape or with
corners that are not right angles
