PostScript Printer Driver Options - Mac

Select the print options you want to use for PostScript printing.
Note: Menus may vary depending on the option selected.

Layout Options

Setting Options Description
Pages per Sheet Select the number of pages to be printed on one sheet
Layout Direction various Allows you to specify the order in which the pages will print
Border Select to print a border around the pages
Two-Sided Select to perform 2-sided printing
Reverse Page Orientation Rotates the page 180 degrees before printing
Flip Horizontally Select to invert the printed image

Color Matching Options

Setting Options Description
ColorSync/In Printer various Select a color adjustment option to minimize the difference in color between the printer and the computer display

Paper Handling Options

Setting Options Description
Collate Pages Select to print multi-page documents collated in order and sorted into sets
Pages to Print Select to print only odd or even pages
Page Order various Select to print from the top or the last page
Scale to Fit Paper Size Select to scale the image to fit on the paper size you loaded
Destination Paper Size various Select the paper size to print on
Scale Down Only Select when reducing the size of the document

Paper Feed Options

Setting Options Description
All Pages From Selecting Auto Select selects the paper source that matches the Paper Setting on the printer automatically
First Page From/Remaining From various Select the paper source for each page

Cover Page Options

Setting Options Description
Print Cover Page various Select whether or not to print a cover page. When you want to add a back cover, select After document.
Cover Page Type various Select the contents of the cover page

Printer Features Options

Setting Options Description
Quality Media Type Select the type of paper on which you want to print
Unspecified: printing is performed from the paper source for which the paper type is set to the following in the printer's settings: plain paper, Preprinted, Letterhead, Color, Recycled, High quality plain paper.
Note: Paper cannot be fed from a paper source that is set to off in the printer's Auto Select Settings.
Print Quality Select the print quality you want to use for printing
Color Color Mode Select whether to print in color or in monochrome
Press Simulation Select a CMYK ink color to simulate when you print by reproducing the CMYK ink color of the offset press
Others Ink Save Mode Select to conserve ink by reducing the print density
