Resetting the Roller Counter

When you replace the product's rollers, reset the roller counter so you know when you may need to replace the rollers again.
  1. Select the  home icon, if necessary.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Select Scanner Maintenance > Roller Replacement > Reset the Number of Scans > Number of Scans After Replacing Roller > Yes.
    • Select Settings > Device Information > Reset the Number of Scans > Number of Scans After Replacing Roller > Yes.
    Note: You can also reset the roller counter from your computer using the Epson Scan 2 Utility. Select the Counter tab and click Reset.
