Note: The home screen varies depending on the printer model and options installed. You can select the screen switching icon to toggle between the home screen and the ink level display.

1 Access menu items
2 Displays the printer's status, error messages, and other information.
3 Displays roll paper information

When roll paper is not loaded, - - - is displayed.

4 Switches the paper source

Select during printing to print the next page from the selected paper source. If there is no paper loaded in either paper source, select to display the Paper Setting screen.

5 Displays the amount of ink remaining

The abbreviation below each bar indicates the ink color.

PK: Photo Black

MK: Matte Black

Y: Yellow

M: Magenta

C: Cyan

GY: Gray (SureColor P6570D/P6570DE/P6570E/P8570D/P8570DL)

R: Red (SureColor T3770D/T3770DE/T3770E/T5770D/T5770DM/T7770D/T7770DL/T7770DM)

When the notification icon is displayed, the corresponding ink color is running low. Tap the display area to check the model number of the ink cartridge or ink pack.

6 Displays the amount of space remaining in the borderless maintenance boxes. When the notification icon is displayed, the corresponding box is almost full. Tap the display area to check the borderless maintenance box model number.
7 Displays the amount of space remaining in the maintenance box

When the notification icon is displayed, the maintenance box is almost full. Tap the display area to check the maintenance box model number.

8 Paper release icon

Releases the paper roll for easy removal when performing tasks such as switching out media or clearing paper jams; disabled during paper feeding or printing.

9 Network status icons; select to switch the network connection status

: No Ethernet connection

: Ethernet connection established

: No Wi-Fi connection

: Wi-Fi network error or the product is searching for a connection

: Wi-Fi connection established; the number of bars indicates signal strength

: No Wi-Fi Direct connection

: Wi-Fi Direct connection established

Note: Wireless LAN may not be supported depending on the specifications and destination. If this is the case, use a wired LAN instead.
10 Displays the Maintenance menu

You can check and clean the print head nozzles, replace consumables, and clean parts.

11 Switches the home screen display
12 Turns the internal light on or off; turn on to check print in progress
13 Displays settings for feeding and cutting roll paper
14 Displays the Paper Setting menu

Select when loading, removing, setting, or adjusting paper.

15 Displays the Network Folder menu

Select to print a file from a shared network folder (shared folder must be set up in advance).

16 Displays the Help menu
Note: When the SSD unit is installed, the Storage menu is displayed. You can make storage settings which allow you to store documents in the SSD unit and print them when needed.
17 Displays the Copy menu (SureColor T5770DM/T7770DM only)
18 Displays the Scan menu (SureColor T5770DM/T7770DM only)
