You can enable Authentication Settings on the product to restrict access to authenticated users. This requires users to log into the product control panel with their user name and password before they can use control panel features.
You can create up to 50 user accounts, and restrict
access to presets and control panel features separately for each
one.
Note: You cannot
scan from a computer or a smart device when Authentication Settings
is enabled.
