If you cannot turn the product on or off, try these
solutions:
If you
cannot turn on your product, make sure the power cord is securely
connected and hold down the power button a little longer.
If your product is connected using a USB cable, make sure the
USB cable is securely connected to the product and the
computer.
If you are connecting over a network, make sure your product is
set up properly on the network.
If your product does not turn on automatically, make sure the
Auto Power On setting is enabled on
the LCD screen (Settings >
Printer Setup > Auto Power On).
Make sure the power light is off before
you turn on the power.
If you
cannot turn off your product, hold down the power button a little
longer. If you still cannot turn off your product, unplug the power
cord, plug the power cord back in, then turn your product on and
off again using the power button.
Note: If Auto
Power On is enabled, it may take longer to turn off the
power.
