If the projector is not working properly, try turning it off and
unplugging it. Then plug it back in and turn it on.
If this does not solve the problem, check the
following:
- The Status light on the projector may indicate what the problem
is.

Note: After
repairing the projector, Epson may return the projector to you in
its initial status. Make sure you make a note of the account
