Solving HDMI CEC Problems

If you cannot operate the connected devices from the projector, try the following steps until the problem is solved.
Note: When a source device is connected to an A/V receiver or a soundbar, the source device may not be selectable to control via CEC in the projector's HDMI Link menu. 
  1. Make sure the cable meets the HDMI CEC standard.
  2. Make sure the connected device meets the HDMI CEC standard. See the documentation supplied with the device for more information.
  3. Set HDMI control to On in the Inputs menu.
    • Inputs > Inputs > HDMI control
  4. Make sure all the cables are securely connected to the projector and your video equipment.
  5. Make sure the connected devices are turned on and in standby status. See the documentation supplied with the device for more information.
  6. If you connect a new device or change the connection, set the CEC function for the connected device again and restart the device.
