You can save documents and scanned data to the
Storage space on the SSD unit. You can also create additional
Storage spaces and set up passwords and access restrictions for
shared folders.

| Shared Storage (Fixed) |
Common storage space for all users.
Anyone can store and use documents in the fixed Storage space,
however, only administrators can change the Folder Name, set a password, or delete the
storage space. |
| Shared Storage |
Create multiple storage spaces to organize your
documents.
You can set a password for the space to limit storage and
retrieval of documents to a select number of users. You can also
set a password for each document to restrict access to it. |
| Personal Folder |
When user authentication is enabled, only logged-in
users can store and retrieve documents.
Users can only have one Personal Folder, and it is not displayed
when other users log in. |

data loss, data corruption, or problems due to any cause, including
those listed below and within the warranty period. Epson is also
not responsible for the recovery of lost or corrupted data.
- The disk is used incorrectly
- The disk is affected by static electricity or electrical
noise
- The disk is damaged by a natural disaster
- After a malfunction or repair
Note: To remove
the optional SSD unit, select General
Settings > System
Administration > Disable the
Optional storage unit.
