If media has jammed in the printer, check the error display on
the control panel and follow the steps to remove the media.
Be careful not to trap your hands or fingers
when opening or closing the printer cover or you could be
injured.
- When you see
the jammed media error message on the screen, select How To... on the control panel to view the
procedure.
- Follow the on-screen procedure to remove the jammed media.
- Select Next once you have cut
the media.
