How To / Using a PC card from the computer
For Windows 2000 users, before turning the printer off or unplugging the USB cable, the printer's memory card drive must be disabled as explained below.

Click the Unplug or Eject Hardware icon on the Windows taskbar. |

Click Stop EPSON SP785EPX Storage-Drive (G). (The drive letter shown may vary depending on your computer.) |

When a confirmation message appears, click OK. |
|
Turn the printer off, then unplug the USB cable. |
Caution: |
If you unplug the USB cable in any other way, you may damage the memory card data. |
Macintosh computers may write information on a memory card when it is loaded in the PC card slot. However, after doing so, some digital cameras may no longer be able to read the memory card.
Caution: |
Always drag the memory card icon from the desktop into the trash to eject the card, turn off the printer or unplug the USB cable. Any other method can damage the memory card data. |

Check that the Processing light is not flashing. |
|
Press the button as shown to eject the PC card. |
Caution: |
|
|
|
The PC card will pop out far enough for you to pull it out. |
