Error Indicator

If an error occurs, the scanner stops operating and the  Start button indicates the error as described below.

The error indicates one of the following problems:

• The fluorescent lamp needs to be replaced.

• The scanner is malfunctioning.

Consult your dealer. After the problem is cleared, unplug the scanner and the USB cable, and then plug them back in.
