Printing Photo Layouts

You can print one or more photos displayed on the LCD screen in special layouts on various sizes of photo paper.
  1. Press the  home button, if necessary.
  2. Select More Functions, then press OK.
  3. Select Photo Layout Sheet, then press OK. You see this screen:


  4. Press the left or right arrow button, then select the layout you want.
  5. Select the size that matches the paper you loaded, then press OK.
  6. Select the type that matches the paper you loaded, then press OK.
  7. Depending on the layout you selected, you may see this screen:


    If you see the screen above, do one of the following:
    • To allow your product to place the photos in the layout automatically, select Automatic layout.
    • To place photos in the layout manually, select Place photos manually and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
  8. Select the photos you want to print.
  9. Press + or – to select one or more copies of each photo (up to 99).
  10. To select other photos for printing, scroll through your photos and repeat the selections above. Then press OK.
  11. To print more than one copy of the photo layout sheet, select + or – to set the number (up to 99). Then press OK.
  12. Select the print settings you want for your photo layout sheet.
  13. When you are ready to print, press the  Color button.
    Note: To cancel printing, press  Stop/Reset.
