Windows Printing

You can print on your WorkForce 40 Series using any Windows® printing program. For photos, it’s easiest to print using the Windows Photo Gallery on Windows Vista® or the Picture and Fax Viewer on Windows XP.

Note:
You can change the language used on the Windows driver screens, if desired.

Follow the steps in these sections to print from your Windows computer:

Select Basic Options

Print in Black/Grayscale

Change Print Layout

Select Advanced Options

Print Your Document or Photo

Check Printing Status
