Set Up Your Group Dial List

The group dial list allows you to easily send the same fax message to many fax numbers in your speed dial list. You can create up to 60 entries (combined with speed dial entries), with up to 30 entries in a group. You can also edit or delete entries, and print the list for easy reference.

You can also set up a group dial list in Windows.

Create a Group Dial Entry

1.	Press the  Copy/Fax button, if necessary.

2.	Press the  Menu button.

3.	Press  or to select Fax Settings, then press OK.

4.	Press  or to select Group Dial Setup, then press OK.

5.	Press  or to select Create, then press OK. You see the available entries.

6.	Select or type the number of the entry you want to add, then press OK.

7.	Use the numeric keypad to enter a name (up to 30 characters) to identify the group dial entry, then press OK.

8.	Select or type the number of a speed dial entry and press * to add the entry to the group dial list.

Note:
Press * again to cancel adding the speed dial entry that you selected.

9.	Repeat the steps above to add additional speed dial entries to the group.

10.	When finished, press OK.

11.	Press  Menu to return to the Fax mode screen.

Edit a Group Dial Entry

1.	Press the  Copy/Fax button, if necessary.

2.	Press the  Menu button.

3.	Press  or to select Fax Settings, then press OK.

4.	Press  or to select Group Dial Setup, then press OK.

5.	Press  or to select Edit, then press OK.

6.	Select or type the number of the entry you want to edit, then press OK.

7.	Follow the prompts on the screen to edit the group dial list.

8.	When finished, press OK.

Delete a Group Dial Entry

1.	Press the  Copy/Fax button, if necessary.

2.	Press the  Menu button.

3.	Press  or to select Fax Settings, then press OK.

4.	Press  or to select Group Dial Setup, then press OK.

5.	Press  or to select Delete, then press OK.

6.	Select or type the number of the entry you want to delete, then press OK.

7.	At the confirmation screen, press the 1 key to delete the entry or press the 2 key to cancel.

8.	Press  Menu to return to the Fax mode screen.

Print Your Group Dial List

1.	Press the  Copy/Fax button, if necessary.

2.	Press the  Menu button.

3.	Press  or to select Fax Settings, then press OK.

4.	Select Print Report, then press OK.

5.	Press  or to select Group Dial List.

6.	Make sure letter-size paper is loaded in the product, then press the  Color button to print the list.
