Check the Messages on the Display Screen
Follow the instructions on the display screen to solve most common problems. If you see one of the error messages below, follow the steps here to proceed.
An error has occurred with the product.
Turn the WorkForce 600 Series off, make sure no paper is jammed inside, and turn it back on. If the error is not resolved, contact Epson for help.
Turn the WorkForce 600 Series off. Then open the scanner and remove any jammed paper or other obstruction. (See paper is jammed for more information.)
The printer’s ink pads are nearing the end of their service life.
Press OK and make sure the cartridges are installed correctly.
Cannot recognize the memory card or disc.
Paper jam in the Auto Document Feeder.
