Selecting Basic Print Settings - Mac OS X 10.4

Select the basic settings for the document or photo you want to print.
  1. Select the print command in your application.
    Note: You may need to select a print icon on your screen, the Print option in the File menu, or another command. See your application's help utility for details.
  2. Select your product as the Printer setting.


  3. Select the Copies and Pages settings as necessary.
    Note: If you do not see these settings in the print window, check for them in your application before printing. In some applications, you may need to select Advanced before you can see these settings.
  4. Select Print Settings from the pop-up menu.


  5. Select the Paper Source you wish to print from (WF-7520 only).
    Note: If you use the Auto Select setting, you need to set a paper size for each source. See the topic on setting a paper size for each source.
  6. Select the type of paper you loaded as the Media Type setting.
    Note: The setting may not exactly match the name of your paper. Check the paper type settings list for details.
  7. Select the Print Quality setting you want to use.
  8. Select any of the available print options.
