If paper has jammed inside the product, follow these steps:
- Cancel the print job from your computer, if necessary.
- Gently pull out any jammed paper from the output tray and sheet feeder.
- Open the
printer cover.
Note: Do not touch the flat, white cable inside the product.
- Remove any jammed paper or torn pieces.
- Close the cover.
- Press the
cancel button to resume
printing. - Carefully follow all paper loading instructions when you load new paper.
