A low ink
reminder appears if you try to print when ink is low, and you can
check your cartridge status at any time using a utility on your
Windows computer.
To check
your cartridge status, double-click the product icon in the Windows
taskbar, then click the Details
button in the window that appears. You see a window like
this:
Replace
or reinstall the ink cartridge, if necessary.
Note: If the
cartridge is broken, incompatible with the product model, or
improperly installed, Epson Status Monitor will not display an
accurate cartridge status.
To
disable the low ink reminder, right-click the product icon in the
Windows taskbar and select Monitoring
Preferences. You see a window like this:
Deselect
the See Low Ink Reminder alerts
checkbox at the bottom of the screen.
To
disable promotional offers, deselect the Display Epson Offers checkbox.
