Mac OS X 10.5/10.6: Open System Preferences, select Print & Fax, select your product, and click the button.
Mac OS X 10.4: Open the Applications folder, select Utilities, choose Printer Setup Utility, select your product, and click Delete.

Mac OS X 10.6: Open the Epson installation CD, then open the Common folder. Then:
Open the Printer folder and double-click the EPSON Printer Uninstaller icon. Select Uninstall from the pull-down menu and click the Uninstall button. Follow the on-screen prompts.
Open the FAX Utility folder and double-click the EPSON PC-FAX Uninstaller icon. Select Uninstall from the pull-down menu and click the Uninstall button. Follow the on-screen prompts.
Mac OS X 10.4/10.5: Open the Epson installation CD, then open the Common folder. Then:
Open the Printer folder and double-click the EPSON Printer Uninstaller icon. Select Uninstall from the pull-down menu and click the Uninstall button. Follow the on-screen prompts.
Open the EPSON Scan folder and double-click the EPSON Scan Uninstaller icon. Select Uninstall from the pull-down menu and click the Uninstall button. Follow the on-screen prompts.
Open the FAX Utility folder and double-click the EPSON PC-FAX Uninstaller icon. Select Uninstall from the pull-down menu and click the Uninstall button. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Restart your Macintosh, then see the Start Here sheet to reinstall your software.
