You can charge the built-in
battery by connecting the included micro USB cable to a computer or
any compatible USB power source, including some automobiles.
For USB charging, the printer must be turned off or in sleep mode.
- To charge from a computer, make sure the computer is on and not in sleep or hibernation mode.
- Connect the micro USB
cable to the printer's micro USB port and to any USB port on the
computer.
Note: You cannot charge the battery using a USB hub; connect the product directly to the computer. If battery charging does not start, select Menu > Battery > Battery Settings > USB Power Supply via PC > On on the control panel and try again.The
battery charging light turns
on.
