Solutions to Streaming Device Problems

If you cannot operate the Epson streaming device included with your projector using the remote control, try the following solutions:
  • Make sure the streaming device is securely connected to the projector's HDMI extension cable and USB power cable.
  • Make sure that your Wi-Fi router and modem are working correctly. Restarting the device may solve the problem.
  • Make sure there are as few obstacles as possible between this device and the Wi-Fi router. The Wi-Fi signal may be weak.
  • Make sure the streaming device is connected to Wi-Fi. You need an Internet connection to view online streaming content.
  • Make sure the remote control for Android TV is paired to the streaming device.
  • Make sure you are using the remote control for Android TV and not the projector remote control.
  • Make sure the batteries in the remote control for Android TV are installed correctly and are not out of power.
