Turning On Dynamic Contrast

You can turn on the Dynamic Contrast setting to automatically optimize the image luminance. This improves the image contrast based on the brightness of the content you project.
  1. Turn on the projector and switch to the image source you want to use.
  2. Press the Menu button on the projector's control panel or remote control.
  3. Select the Image menu and press Enter.


  4. Select the Dynamic Contrast setting and press Enter.
  5. Choose one of the following options and press Enter:
    • Select Dynamic Contrast> On to automatically adjust the amount of light.
    • Select Response Speed > High Speed to adjust the amount of light as soon as the scene changes.
    • Set the Black Level when the brightness level of the image signal is zero. When you select 0%, the light source turns off.
  6. Press Menu or Esc to exit the menus.
