Print Head Carriage Problem

If one of the ink cartridge clamps does not close or the print head carriage does not move to its home position, open the carriage clamp and make sure that the ink cartridge are correctly seated. If you have trouble seating a cartridge, make sure it's facing the right direction. Do not force the cartridge clamp. It should click into place.
