Advanced Scanning / Scanning in the Manual Mode

Selecting a Mode

EPSON TWAIN offers two modes for scanning: Full Auto mode and Manual mode. You can easily change the scanning mode as described below.

Click Cancel during the previewing and document type recognition process (that is, when the following dialog box appears).

Click the Manual mode button to open the Manual mode window.

To change the scanning mode from Manual mode to Full Auto mode, click the Full Auto mode button in the Manual mode window. See Overview of the Manual mode window.
